Refunds / Returns / Rescheduling
Refunds - Classes & Services
All class bookings are non-refundable.
Once a class or service has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, including in cases of non-attendance or last-minute cancellations.
Rescheduling Classes
We understand that plans can change.
You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the class start time through your online account or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the class start time are considered late cancellations and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Returns – Physical Products
For physical products purchased through our website or in-studio:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
