Service Description
Barre is a dynamic, full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and functional fitness. Using the support of the barre (or a chair), classes focus on small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions to sculpt and strengthen muscles you didn’t even know you had. Expect a challenging but low-impact workout that will: Build strength and endurance in your core, legs, and glutes Improve posture, balance, and flexibility Leave you feeling energised, lean, and empowered ✨ No dance experience required – classes are accessible to all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout.
