Using resistance bands, rings, and light weights, this class builds on traditional mat work to deliver a deeper, more athletic full-body workout. Based at our Southwark studio on Copperfield Street, SE1 0EA — a short walk from London Bridge — Strong Pilates is designed for those who want real strength gains alongside the postural and flexibility benefits Pilates is known for. Each session challenges your muscles in new ways while keeping the precision and control that makes Pilates so effective. Expect to feel it the next day — in the best possible way. What to expect: - Core Pilates principles combined with resistance-based training - Resistance bands, rings, and light weights to increase challenge - A full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and tone - Improved posture, balance, and stability over time Who is it for? Anyone who already enjoys Pilates and wants more of a challenge, or fitness enthusiasts looking for a structured, low-impact strength class that actually delivers results. Previous Pilates experience is helpful but not essential — our instructors will guide you through. At £10 per class, with bundle options available.
