OUR PILATES CLASSES
Our Mat Pilates class is a beautiful, full-body workout. We focus heavily on core strength, precise alignment, and controlled flexibility. By using your own body weight and mindful breathwork, you will leave feeling taller, looser, and more balanced.
Suitable for:
All levels, including beginners.
PRENATAL PILATES
Staying active during pregnancy is wonderful for your body and your baby, but it needs to be done safely. Our Prenatal Pilates classes focus on pelvic floor awareness, posture support, and gentle mobility. Our caring instructors will give you modifications for every stage of your pregnancy so you can move with complete confidence.
If you want to push yourself a little further, Strong Pilates is for you. We take the traditional, mindful movements of Mat Pilates and add resistance bands, rings, and light weights. It is a dynamic, functional strength workout that will challenge your muscles and make you sweat, all while protecting your joints.
Suitable for:
Those looking to build strength and endurance in a safe, Pilates-based way.
POSTNATAL PILATES
After giving birth, your body needs time to heal. Our Postnatal "Mama & Baby" Pilates classes are a safe, relaxed way to rebuild your core strength and support your postpartum recovery. The best part? You do not need childcare. Bring your baby along, lay them on a mat next to you, and meet other lovely local mums.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Pilates experience to join?
Not at all. Our Mat Pilates classes are beginner-friendly, and instructors offer options for all levels. If you’re unsure which class is best, message us and we’ll guide you.
What’s the difference between Mat Pilates and Strong Pilates?
Mat Pilates focuses on core control, posture, mobility, and technique using bodyweight. Strong Pilates is a more dynamic class that combines Pilates principles with small equipment such as rings, resistance bands, and light weights for an extra strength challenge.
Do I need to bring my own mat or equipment?
No — mats are provided, and we have small equipment available in the studio. You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Is Prenatal / Postnatal Pilates safe? When can I start?
Our pre- and postnatal classes are designed with pregnancy and postpartum considerations in mind, using safe, adaptable exercises and clear coaching. If you’re postpartum, a common guideline is to return to exercise from around 6 weeks after birth, but always follow your medical professional’s advice and let your instructor know if you’ve had a C-section, pelvic floor concerns, or diastasis recti.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable activewear you can move in, and grippy socks if you have them (optional). Bring water.
How big are the classes?
We keep class sizes manageable to ensure personal attention and a comfortable experience.
Where are you located?
We’re in Southwark, SE1, close to Borough, London Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo stations. Full directions are available on our contact page.
How do I book a Pilates class?
You can book directly online through our timetable. If you have a membership or class pack, simply select your class and check out.
What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?
Rescheduling and cancellation rules depend on the plan or booking type. Please check the policy shown at checkout, or contact us if you’re unsure.
